We publish details of live business rates accounts, rate reliefs and empty properties (with rateable values) for each quarter of the year:
The information for each quarter will be available within 30 days after that quarter ends.
We no longer make business rates credit balances available publicly, see below.

The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) published information highlighting the risks of releasing details of NNDR (National Non Domestic Rates) credit balances, in particular the potential for fraud to be committed using this information. Therefore we have reviewed the data we make publicly available, and from August 2017 the council will no longer publish these credit balances on our website, or release them in response to an FOI request.
The legislation which applies is Section 31(1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (legislation.gov.uk) which states that information can be withheld if disclosing it could affect the prevention or detection of crime.
You can access your account online to see a statement of your account, including details of what you have been charged, any relief or exemptions you have been given and the payments that you have made.
