Warrington Borough Council offers an Umbrella Body Service – an efficient, friendly and professional approach to completing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for other organisations.  

As the council’s Recruitment and Vetting Team, we operate an Umbrella Body Service alongside our busy Registered Body Service (covering the employees of Warrington Borough Council and schools). We deal with thousands of DBS applications each year and have significant experience and understanding of the DBS process.
