We have an excellent opportunity within our Adult Safeguarding and Quality Assurance service.

This post ensures that there are effective schedules, records and systems in place to support the work of the safeguarding and quality assurance team. 

Duties will include:

·          Developing, designing, monitoring and maintaining schedules that supports an intelligence led approach to care quality monitoring. 

·          Preparation of reports that demonstrate themes and trends.

·          Undertaking necessary enquiries to support the work of the team, including seeking information from adults who use services and their families.

We are looking for someone with the relevant skills and experience, with an excellent understanding of excel and case recording systems e.g. Mosaic.

37 Hours per week

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
