An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team manager position in the First Response Team serving people and their families throughout Warrington. 

The service has grown during the last three years and we are keen to develop it further. You will have the responsibility and direct line management for social work and community care worker staff and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the team through effective leadership and management to ensure all statutory functions are delivered to the required standard.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual to join the service at a time of significant change.

You will have

·         Drive and imagination to lead the team through this next phase of change.

·         Management experience and have worked in a multi-disciplinary environment.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be expected to deliver high quality, cost effective social care outcomes.
